This mentorship is designed to provide guidance throughout an entire contract so you always have someone to turn to when questions or difficult situations arise.

Whether you're preparing for your first travel assignment or already traveling and looking for additional support, this program provides personalized mentorship to help you grow clinically and make confident career decisions.

What the Mentorship Includes

13 Weeks of Personalized Mentorship

During a full travel contract, you will receive:

1 weekly mentorship call (13 total calls)
Each call is an opportunity to discuss clinical cases, contract decisions, recruiter communication, or anything else you need guidance on.

Have a difficult patient case or question about your contract? You can reach out anytime for guidance.

• Clinical mentorship
Guidance on difficult patients, treatment planning, documentation questions, and clinical problem-solving.

Support with contract timing, choosing assignments, negotiating extensions, and planning your next travel contract.
